摘 要:
ABA 不同浓度和不同时间处理拟南芥野生型7 天龄幼苗, 采用实时荧光定量PCR 方法, 分析小 G 蛋白 ROP10 和ROP 鸟苷酸交换因子 RopGEFs 基因的表达水平差异。结果表明, RopGEF7~10, 12 及13 没有检测到表达, 而RopGEF1~6, 11, 14 及 ROP10 在 ABA 处理下表现出不同的应答趋势, 其中 RopGEF5 基因的表达变化与 ROP10 的变化相似。推测 RopGEF5 有 可能在 ROP10 介导的 ABA 信号转导途经中起调控作用。关键词:拟南芥; 脱落酸; ROP10; RopGEFs

Abstract:
The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was carried out to analyze the expression profiles of ROP10 (Rho-related GTPase from plants) and RopGEFs (guanine nucleotide exchange factor) genes in 7-d seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana in response to ABA with different concentrations or periods. The results showed that the expression of RopGEF7-10, 12 and 13 could not be detected in wild type (Col-4) seedlings. RopGEF1-6, 11, 14 and ROP10 indicated different expression patterns in response to ABA treatment, while RopGEF5 showed similar expression profile to ROP10. These results suggested that RopGEF5 might act as a regulate factor in ROP10-dependent ABA signaling pathway.Key words: Arabidopsis thaliana; ABA; ROP10; RopGEFs
